Top leaders like Ponnala Laxmaiah, K. Jana Reddy, former PCC chief D. Srinivas, Leader of opposition in Council Md. Ali Shabbir, deputy leader in Council, Rajya Sabha member V. Hanumantha Rao and former Minister D. K. Aruna and several others have their own axe to grind against each other.
Having lost the race for the coveted post, Mr. Jana Reddy’s suggestion is likely to be crucial in finding a successor to the TPCC chief. Leaders are sceptical whether Mr. Reddy himself would be given a chance to hold dual posts.

Removing the FON would resolve the issue of NAI. But that meant all the customer calls go offnet instead of on-net. The best way I suggest is to remove the feature  at Company Level and apply the feature at PBX level for whichever PBXs this feature makes sense.  Since we don’t know the exact requirement for the customer that’s the best we can advise.

Hi All,

I hope you are all well.

Some of you may know me and some of you may not, but let me introduce myself.
My name is James Parry and I’m a second year planning apprentice, based in Cardiff, South Wales.
In February 2014, I am embarking on an extremely challenging, unique journey to Africa, where I will be renovating & rebuilding a primary school in the Kibera Slums of Nairobi, Kenya.

The Kibera Slums is an area about 1.5 square miles but with a population of over 1 million. Most people living in Kibera have little or no access to basic necessities, such as electricity, clean water, toilet facilities or sewage disposal. The combination of poor nutrition and lack of sanitation accounts for many illnesses and deaths, especially in young children.

I aim to make a lasting difference on these children’s future and with your help, support and kindness; we can improve & enhance the lives of hundreds of children.

As part of this 12 day trip, I will also be undertaking an endurance challenge of climbing Mount Kenya.
At the Point Lenana Summit (4,985 metres) Mount Kenya is the country’s highest mountain and the second highest peak in Africa after Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. To put this into perspective, Lenana Point is over three times higher than Ben Nevis – the UK’s highest point – at 1,344 metres!!
This is really going to push me to my limits and test my physical & mental ability.
However, due to the sponsorship and donations given by people like you, there will be enough motivation to power on through until I reach the top.

PLEASE NOTE: I have PERSONALLY paid for all costs related to the Mountain trek as a separate commitment. Your donation will NOT be used to cover this element.

In order to take part in the challenge, I need to raise a minimum sum of £3500. This is where I need some serious help from you guys!
I would really appreciate your support and any donations you are able to make, as every single penny helps !!

You can visit my fundraising page here:

Or if any of your colleagues, friends or family are interested in donating a small fee, please pass this message on.

A big thanks in advance for your support, I’ll keep you updated on how things are going.

Pray for the departed souls..
Most of you must be aware of the tragic circumstances in which ten of our young and budding associates lost their lives in the early hours of Saturday, 16 June 2012. These associates were on a personal trip from Hyderabad to Shirdi, using a private bus service.  Near Solapur in Maharashtra, the ill-fated bus fell off a bridge and plunged into the dry river bed, killing 30 people and injuring 17. We came to know about this sad news around 7 AM in the morning of Saturday and a team of almost 40 TCSers from HR, Admin, and Business worked tirelessly around the clock in Solapur and Hyderabad, and ensured that all support was extended to the families of the deceased, including identifying and accompanying the bodies of the deceased to their home towns.
We offer our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.
Today June 19, 2012, at 4 pm, let us observe two minutes' silence across TCS-Hyderabad, in memory of the departed souls, and pray that their families find the strength to overcome this very tragic loss, at a time when these young associates had just embarked on their careers.

There is a risk of nervous breakdown when you suppress your emotions, so it’s better to let it out, especially in the case of men

While it used to be women who broke down and verbalised their emotions, a lot of men are breaking the prejudiced notion that it is unmanly to exhibit intense emotions.

What does it mean for a man to be strong? Does it mean he cannot cry, he cannot be vulnerable, he has to be invincible and never show his tender side? Or does it make him more of a man and genuine? One of the primary reasons for men to suppress their feelings is that our society and culture has been habituated to react negatively towards men who weep at the drop of a hat

BLACKMONEY: Bringing back the Indian money allegedly stashed in foreign banks. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has taken the first step by writing to the Swiss bank authorities. The government has set up a Special Investigation Team (SIT) under former Supreme Court Judge, M.B. Shah. Will Mr. Jaitley come up with measures to curb tax evasion and money laundering? Photo: V. Sudershan
INFRASTRUCTURE: President Pranab Mukherjee, in his address to the new Parliament said, the government will create “100 new cities.” He also mentioned several projects such as broadband highways in every village, housing for all, 24X7 electricity, high-speed rails, and better road and aviation network. How much money will these sectors be allocated

BUILDING INVESTOR CONFIDENCE: The BJP, when it was sitting in the Opposition, had called the retrospective amendment to the Income Tax Act, 1961, as “tax terrorism.” The idea of retrospective amendment did not go well in the industry. The show cause notices served to multinationals such as Vodafone and Nokia, created a negative environment.
AGRICULTURE: Blaming the El-Nino, scientists and Met Department have already warned of a possible drought due to weak monsoon. There are existing issues such as farmer suicides and bad loans from Agri sector and insufficient food grain storage facilities. Will the sector get a special package?

GANGA REJUNUVATION: “Government is committed to a clear, clean, pristine Ganga,” said President Pranab Mukherjee. The same was echoed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his electoral campaign. A Ministry for Ganga Rejuvenation was created for this purpose. What is the roadmap?

BIRTH OF TELANGANA & FUTURE OF ANDHRA PRADESH: Government of Telangana board being written in the place of Government of Andhra Pradesh in Nizamabad. As India’s 29th State was born, the necessity for a financial assistance to Telangana as well as creation of a new capital to Andhra Pradesh was also born. This would mean allotting additional funds. How is Mr. Jaitley going to manage?

DEFENCE: While Education and Healthcare are equally important sectors, it will be interesting to see how much the Finance Minister allocates for Defence, as Arun Jaitley is looking after both the portfolios.

What started as a marginal gap between actual operating profit and the one reflected in the books of accounts continued to grow over the years. Referring to the gap in balance sheets, he said the differential in the real profits and the one reflected in the books was further accentuated by the fact that the company had to carry additional resources and assets to justify higher level of operations, thereby significantly increasing the costs.
The results announced at the end of the second quarter of the current fiscal were all artificial, by his own admission. The company reported a revenue of Rs. 2,700 crore and an operating margin of Rs. 649 crore (24 per cent of revenues) as against the actual revenues of Rs. 2,112 crore and an actual operating margin of Rs. 61 crore (3 per cent of revenues). This resulted in artificial cash and bank balances going up by Rs. 588 crore in the second quarter alone.
Every attempt was made to keep the wheel moving and to ensure prompt payment of salaries to the associates. The last straw was the selling of most of the pledged shares by the lenders on account of margin triggers.
