విదురుడు చెప్పిన కొన్ని జీవిత సత్యాలు..
మితిమించిన కోపం, సంతోషం, గర్వం, అసంతృప్తి, తానే గొప్పవాడినన్న అహం.. ఇలాంటివన్నీ లేనివాడే ఉత్తమ పురుషుడు. వివేకవంతుడు తాను ఏమి ఆలోచిస్తున్నాననే విషయాన్ని ఎవ్వరికీ తెలియనివ్వడు. తాను చేస్తున్న పని మాత్రమే ఇతరులకు తెలిసేటట్లుగా చేస్తాడు. అలాగే తాను ఓ పనికి ఉపక్రమించినప్పుడు ఎండావాన, ఇష్టాయిష్టాలను ఏమాత్రం లెక్కచేయడు.
అదేవిధంగా ప్రజ్ఞావంతుడు తన శక్తికి తగిన పనులనే చేస్తాడు. తన శక్తియుక్తుల పట్ల ఖచ్చితమైన అవగాహనను కలిగివుంటాడు. ఎప్పటికీ, ఎవరినీ చులకనగా చూడడు. ఏ పని అయినా బాగా అర్థం చేసుకున్న తర్వాతే ప్రారంభిస్తాడు. ఎదుటివారు చెప్పే విషయాలను శ్రద్ధగా వినడం గుణవంతుల లక్షణం కాదు. తాము చేస్తోన్న పనిలో ఆటంకాలు ఎదురైతే కుంగిపోరు.
అన్నింటిని తట్టుకొని నిలబడినవాడే గొప్ప స్థితిలో ఉంటాడు
